Winter parking regulations will go into effect on November 15

Starting November 15 until March 15, parking is prohibited on residential streets from 12 AM - 7 AM and commercial areas from 3 AM - 7 AM.


That means NO vehicles or tires on asphalt and NO vehicles impeding pedestrian travel on sidewalks within city limits.

Public invited to comment on Chelan County's short-term rental code updates

The Chelan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Nov. 13 to take comments on proposed updates to the county’s short-term rental code.

 

The hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 at the Confluence Technology Center, 285 Technology Center Way in Wenatchee. The meeting will be available on Zoom. Watch the Planning Commission webpage for the link as the hearing date nears.

 

At the hearing, Community Development will present a staff report sharing updates recommended by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). The hearing then will be opened for public comment. People wishing to comment will have three minutes to speak.
