Pentecost
In addition to being Keith's last official Sunday at CTUMC, this Sunday is Pentecost Sunday! Come help us celebrate the birth of this thing we know as church. Be sure to wear you're red!
Come Say Goodbye to Pastor Keith

here will be a farewell luncheon for Pastor Keith and Karen on Sunday, June 4, from 12:00-2:00 pm.  Reservations may be made on-line via our website (www.concordtrinity.org), or by calling the church office (314-842-2060). Many of us will want to share a Gift of Love with Pastor Keith and Karen in appreciation for the way they have faithfully served our congregation these past seven years. If sharing such a gift is meaningful to you, "Love Gifts" and notes of appreciation or memories are still being collected. Please place them in an envelope marked "Love Gift." You may bring them to the luncheon on Sunday. The notes will become part of the "balcony book" or memory book that the Youth are assembling.
Be a Mission Trip Stockholder

Over the summer 20 of us will travel to Lorain County, Ohio, with NextStep Ministries for a mission trip from June 18-24 and 24 will serve in Los Chiles, Costa Rica, with Agua Viva Serves from July 8-15. We're excited about these summer opportunities to serve, but some students need a bit of financial assistance and fundraising help.
This year, we're doing our stockholder process a little differently, so that more people can get in on the opportunity to partner with our youth as they serve this summer. Just outside the gym you'll find a wall of envelopes. The wall is designed to CONNECT you with the teens going on our mission trips. On the outside of each envelope, you'll find a dollar amount ($1-$200). You get to choose how much you'd like to donate! Pull that envelope off the wall and return it to the table where we will accept your donation (if you need a record) or simply place it in the offering plate or return it to the main office. (cash, check or debit card) Inside each envelope, you'll find a list of teens going, a prayer guide on how to pray for our group, and information on how to connect personally with one teen as they prepare for these life changing mission experiences.
It's a fundraiser, but also a chance to connect our teens to the body of Christ around them. Please consider taking an envelope and getting to know one of our CTYouth missionaries!
Summer Cafe
We will again be participating in the Summer Café program with St. Luke's UMC. The program prepares and delivers sack lunches during the summer months to those students in the Mehlville School District who participate in the free and reduced lunch program throughout the school year. Last year, we served over 5800 lunches to children in need. If you would like to help out with this program, please contact Kris Hoff at (314) 420-3153.
