Mixed greens topped with fennel, apples, apple chips, dried cherries, asiago and served with a tarragon vinaigrette.

Herb-marinated shrimp grilled to perfection and served over angel hair pasta tossed in our house-made basil pesto and garnished with parmesan cheese, basil and a breadstick. Served with choice of one side.

A play on the classic Maine lobster roll. Light salmon salad with lemon and dill served on a butter-toasted hoagie with lettuce and tomato. Served with choice of one side.
