DEEP and DPH to give update on CT's PFAS Action Plan on Thursday

PFAS contamination continues to be an emerging issue in Connecticut and across the nation.  At a public meeting on Thursday, Connecticut's Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) and the Department of Public Health (DPH) will review the progress made thus far in implementing key recommendations of the PFAS Action Plan and discuss plans for future actions.  The agenda for the December 8th meeting includes an opportunity for stakeholders to provide public comments to share their views on this issue.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM in Room 1D of the Legislative Office Building, 300 Capitol Avenue, Hartford and be broadcast via Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
