Congratulations to KTGA Bigfoot 99: Small Market Station of the Year 2015: For the second straight year, Bigfoot 99 has earned recognition as Wyoming's top station. Bigfoot 99 also earned top awards at the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters annual awards ceremony Saturday night for Best Morning Show: RadioReilly, Best Reporter: Jim O'Reilly and Best PSA: Memorial Day Tribute. Bigfoot also earned second place awards
 for Best Commercial Campaign and Best Station Promo. The Best Public Service award comes with a $1,000 cash prize, which Bigfoot 99 will donate to the Wyoming Veterans Memorial Museum in Casper to help with their efforts of recording the oral histories of Wyoming soldiers.

June 22nd
The June Member-Affiliate lunch will be held at noon, at  (note location change) the Best Western Cotton Tree Inn.

 

This is open to all members. This is an opportunity for networking and getting to know your fellow chamber members. Hear updates from the Chamber, learn something new from our Spotlight Business, update others in attendance on what your business has going on.

Woodward & Associates Auction
On Saturday June 20 we will be having a very nice auction here at Woodward's.  You will find a very nice selection of antiques with a lot of very old toys, railroad signs, railroad lanterns and a huge collection of HO model trains.  We will have a number of saddles and a pack saddle and the last of the art collection we have sold over the past several sales.  You will also find a 21' inboard/outboard boat, a 1995 Dodge 4x4 pickup, a Craftsman 19.5 HP riding mower and lots more.  There will also be tools from a wood shop from a Saratoga estate.

Early Cow Plop tickets on sale now
Bessy is on the move- that must mean Cow Plop is coming too! You can find Bessy sniffing around Buck's Sports Grill at lunch on random days, as well as grazing at Music in the Park on Thursday evenings starting on June 18th.
Tickets for a square at Cow Plop are $10 each or 3 for $25 with a 1 in 200 at  chance at winning $500, $300 or $100, for each of the 3 grids. You can get tickets anywhere you see Bessy, at the chamber office or, from chamber representatives.
 
Traveling Member/Affiliate Lunch
In an effort to unite our entire county and membership, the Rawlins-
Carbon County Chamber of Commerce is launching the Traveling Member/Affiliate lunch meeting. This lunch will be held on the fifth Monday, Monday June 29th, at noon at the Cowboy Inn, in Baggs. Join us and hear updates from the Rawlins-Carbon County Chamber, find out what other businesses in the county are doing and, update others on what your business has going on.  A lunch menu will be available for purchase.
