Letter from the Director - Robert Poulston

Good day from Safe Harbor of Little Rock. This is a day the Lord had made; We will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24. We have many of those "this is a day"(s) here in the first quarter of 2025. We are definitely rejoicing in them and many more to come. One group of core principles that we teach here at Safe Harbor is Knowing God, Finding Freedom, Discover Purpose and Making a difference. Thats great information and fundamental beliefs we like to instill on these clients of ours. One of the other things we at Safe Harbor of Little Rock like to instill is being able to achieve healthy recreation and use of leisure time. These first three months we have been able to achieve some of that during our client's short stay with us. Per tradition we have attended Winter Jam here in Little Rock and many of our clients was able to Praise and Worship at great renown Christian music concert.

We broke ground on a new basketball court which should be completed any day now and getting with the times we indulged in an Xbox for the clients. Heathy Worship, studious employment, structured living and sober free activities are good routines we are achieving. On another note, I would like to Congratulate Gary Wilson on his ten-year anniversary with Safe Harbor. Gary has worked just about every position Safe Harbor is currently settled into the assistant director position. We cannot wait to see what the Lord God brings to us for next quarter. Thank you so much for your participation, inclusion and prayers for the clients in our program.

Partner of the Quarter -KT Produce

Safe Harbor of Little Rock would like to recognize KT Produce as Partner of the Quarter. We have been partnered with KT Produce for over 5 years and they believe in giving second chances and make the clients feel like family.

KT Produce supports Safe Harbor of Little Rock by giving us a weekly donation of fresh produce, along with encouraging the clients to graduate the program and go full time with them. God Bless KT Produce and everything they do.

Gary does anything that is asked of him, without hesitation. He consistently goes above and beyond to help others with such care and excellence. It is a blessing to work alongside someone with such a positive and giving attitude. He shows us every day what this ministry means to him & is an awesome example of someone with a servant's heart. We are thankful for Gary and are excited to name him Staff of the Quarter.
