Items can be dropped of at Mere Creek any time before September 20th, or contact Susan Hartnett.

Donate to the Raffle

The Shootout offers and incredible array of raffle items. Ranging from sports and concert tickets, to gift card/certificates to local business, and lots of themed baskets, there is something for everyone.

• Make a themed basket
• Buy a gift card to a local business
• Donate rounds of golf, lobsters, a good or service
• Purchase sports tickets (Bruins, Patriots, Celtics, Mariners, Sea Dogs, Maine Celtics)
• Purchase something you think someone would be happy winning.
• Go in on something with friends

Sign up for one or more time slots

• Event Set up 7:30-9:00
• 9am-noon, 1-4pm, or 4-7pm Greet golfers at a hole and give them a gift or tasty treat

• Businesses got us their logo and we put that on a sign.

• Some people made signs of them with Sam.

• Some people put messages or quotes on signs, serious or funny ones.

• Some people had signs made simply saying "This Hole Sponsored by the Smith Family"
