Annual Meeting

We invite Members and Friends to the Annual Meeting after service on Sunday, January 22, 2023. We will celebrate the year that was and look to the year ahead.


Here are the ways you can participate:


1. Attend in-person in the Sanctuary.

2. If you would like to watch the livestream of the Annual Meeting, please tune in to our YouTube Channel or Facebook page. Voting is not possible on these two platforms.

3. Voting members who wish to attend virtually in order to vote, should participate via the Zoom link which will be emailed to all Members Sunday Morning.

2023 Christian Commitment Campaign 

Our annual pledge campaign is underway to fund the 2023 budget. All are invited to participate in the Christian Commitment Campaign, which enables Plymouth to fund the work of the church for the coming year.  Please click here for the inspiring letter from Co-Chairs, Bill Gerlach and Amy Shipley.  


For your convenience, pledge cards have been placed in each pew in the Sanctuary for you to make your 2023 pledge, if you have not already done so. You may place your completed pledge card in Sunday’s offering plate or mail it to the church office. You can also make your pledge by clicking the button below.  

                           

Our pledge total is now $808,392 and our balanced budget goal is $910,000.

Volunteers Needed for

Macedonia After-School Reading Program 

We have enough volunteers for January for the after-school reading program at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church but many spots remain open in February and beyond. 


We need two volunteers from 4-6 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday to help elementary school children with their reading. If you know how to read, you are qualified to assist! Please use the button below to sign up for one day or more. If you are serving for the first time, please include your DOB for the required background check. Bible Study Opportunities

Plymouth has various opportunities to engage with the Word of God each

week. Please email Pastor Al at [email protected] if you would like to be on the email list for these weekly groups:


Tuesdays, 8 a.m. – Men’s Bible Group at Greenstreet Café. Currently doing Book of Acts.

Thursdays, 8 a.m. – Bible and Breakfast at Berries in the Grove (and Zoom). We look at the weekly readings for the coming Sunday.

Sundays, 8:30 a.m. – Bible and Bagels in Plymouth Hall (and Zoom). Currently doing Letters of Peter.

Childcare in McNaughton Hall

Childcare is offered for infants up to age 3 during Worship. For more information email Andrea Burt, Director of Children’s Ministries, at [email protected].

Nurturing Faith Children's Ministry

After the Children’s Moment, children ages 4-11 go to McNaughton Hall for meaningful and fun lessons and activities. If you have questions contact Andrea Burt at [email protected].

Joyful Noise Choir

Young people ages 4 and up are invited to join the choir for rehearsals on Sunday mornings in McNaughton Hall, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with Marie Ferguson Director of Joyful Noise Choir. If you have any questions, please contact Andrea Burt, Director of Children’s Ministries, at [email protected].

AA Meetings at Plymouth

Alcoholics Anonymous meetings have been held at Plymouth continuously since 1965. There are in person meetings on campus Monday through Wednesday in the Choir Room, and Thursday in Davis Hall.


There are meetings 7 days a week at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom. ID 402 544 037 password: plymouth (lowercase). 


There is an in person Al-Anon meeting on Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. in the Choir Room.
