To All of Our Rams Nation Families,
I hope you are enjoying this first full week of summer. Relax, enjoy and recharge! A few notes that I wanted to share as you are off to your summer:
First and foremost, I wanted to share an experience with you from our 8th Grade Drive-Through Celebration. Below you will see some pictures from that great day. It was our final celebration for our 8th Graders as we invited them back to Thomas Jefferson School to drive through with their families, take pictures, accept their diplomas and awards plaques among other gifts and to say one final farewell to their 8th grade teachers. Ms. Kopetz even gathered some instruments and the teachers serenaded the 8th graders as they drove through! We couldn’t have asked for better weather or a better day to send off our 8th graders to summer--and High School.
I would like to personally thank our TJ Goes to Washington Parent group just one final time as they used their funds to create gift bags for each 8th grader and also graciously gave to local groups such as the RBPD and RBFD, as well. We were so fortunate for their partnership this past school year and look forward to continuing this partnership with the incoming groups and all of our families.

Throughout the summer, there will be construction at both Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson Schools. For safety and health reasons, we will need to limit visitations to Thomas Jefferson School, but if you are visiting, please call ahead and when you do come, please only use the side entrance, and we do ask that you follow safety measures and wear a mask. Let’s all keep each other safe and healthy as we look forward to a return to school!
