Township Updates

You MUST be a Special Service client to attend any special service events. All events are free to resident clients and a $10.00 fee for out-of-township clients. Township ID is required upon admission.

Lawn care services has ended as of October 31st. You can submit your application for next season as early as January 1st. Service availability is on a first come first serve basis.

We are still hiring! We are looking for ZAP Crew members and Crew leaders.

Our office is still offering assistance with CEDA/LIHEAP applications. Income guidelines for the program has changed. For details on income guideline changes click here and look under "frequently asked questions," "Income Qualifications."

We are currently working in conjunction with the Cook County board of review to bring more workshops to our residents. 

If you are interested in our office hosting a 1st-time homeowners program workshop, or tax workshop in your area contact our office to express your interest.

• Issue temporary 90-day Vehicle Placards for disable persons, with a completed application from the Doctor.
• Manage the coordination and distribution of replacement placards.
• Notary Public Documentation (notarizing documents at no charge)
• Distribution of manuals and travel information such as bus schedules and brochures.
• Assist with fishing license applications
