You may be familiar with the Ten Commandments as a list of rules saying what we cannot do — “Thou Shalt NOT…”
But what if we reversed them, to think of a list of things we SHALL do? The opposite of murder, to help life thrive; the opposite of covet, to give without thinking of oneself, etc. What kind of world would that be?
God of love, You created all things and called them good. Help us to make room for abundance and flourishing life. Amen.
