Over $1.8 Million Approved for
Camden County Road Projects and Equipment
At their recent regular meeting teleconference, the Camden County Board of Commissioners approved over $993,000 in paving and equipment purchases. This follows the August 2020 approval of over $222,000 in paving and over $621,000 in improvement projects for seventeen (17) roads across unincorporated Camden County.

Camden County Receives Certificate of Achievement
Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Camden County for its comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2019. The CAFR has been judged by an impartial panel to meet the high standards of the program, which includes demonstrating a constructive "spirit of full disclosure" to clearly communicate its financial story and motivate potential users and user groups to read the CAFR.
