Project "Illumination!"

We are fundraising for a digital marquee!

The Three Lakes Center for the Arts (TLCFA) mission is to celebrate and promote the Arts in the Northwoods. The TLCFA is a hub for arts and entertainment in our town, just as it was in 1946 when it was built. We always strive to enrich, entertain, and enlighten through the Arts. We offer movies, concerts, artists, at our gallery, art classes for children, and more. The project that we are seeking to fund is called "Illumination."

We need your help to purchase and install a digital marquee in place of our current manual marquee on the front of our building. The new marquee will be a 4’ by 8’, digital programmable sign that will fit the same space as the current marquee. The new marquee will allow for easier messaging for TLCFA. Having an electronic marquee will assist in promoting live events, movies, gallery activities, sponsors, and organization branding.

We are also fundraising to add lettering to the sides of our building which will identify what activities the TLCFA does. (Theater, Gallery) These additions to our building will help make us more visible to vehicle traffic and foot traffic on the streets in Three Lakes. The TLCFA expertly balances the demands of a current entertainment venue with the warm memories from the 1940s of a different era, celebrating the gifts from the arts along the way.

Please join us on our journey to help update our

programming and visibility.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for (audience)? Why should they care (benefit)? What do I want them to do (call-to-action)?

Create a great offer by adding words like "free," "personalized," "complimentary," or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take action, so consider inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
