Sat Nam Dear Yoga Friends,

We celebrate earth's rebalancing with the autumn equinox this week. It's a powerful time of year to get outside in nature, walk barefoot in the grass, gather with friends and relax into yoga and meditation!

When you participate in equity yoga, you can come to class for as little as $5, or even COMP it. Folks who have resources to give more, even things out.

Donations are lifeblood and totally needed-and can be dedicated to an intention, or to a loved one. That's how this mission- no financial barrier to yoga- can continue. You create balance with your presence and your kindness.
