THE NEWSLETTER OF THE MINDFULNESS IN LAW SOCIETY - FEBRUARY 2019
THREE THINGS TO KNOW FOR FEBRUARY
  • Mindful Mondays at 4:

MILS is thrilled to welcome the  ABA Commission on Lawyer Assistance Programs as a partner with our Mindful Mondays at 4 program.  Please  contact us  if your organization is interested in partnering with us by spreading the word about this free weekly half-hour guided meditation for legal professionals. And please join us any Monday at 4 in any time zone by clicking here!

  • National MILS Calendar:

Got a mindfulness event coming up? Let us help you promote it for free by putting it on our national calendar. We can also post it through our social media channels. Just  contact us  to let us know and we can take it from there.

  • MILS Chapters:

The  MILS New England chapter  had more than 50 participants at its kickoff event in January. For more information, contact  Laurie Cappello  of Mintz Levin or  Brenda Fingold  of the Mindfulness Center at Brown University School of Public Health.

The  MILS Alabama Chapter  is now established and underway as well. For more information, contact  Emily Hornsby.
