Three things to know for January

The MILS weekly virtual sitting sessions have resumed on Mondays at 4 p.m. in each time zone. All legal professionals are welcome to join these free half-hour sessions, which consist of a five-minute gathering period, a 20 minute guided mindfulness meditation, and a five-minute discussion. To get on the Email Reminder Distribution List, send an email to  Info@MindfulnessInLawSociety.com .

2. New MILS Divisions

MILS is excited to start the new year by announcing the opening of three new divisions: the Yoga Division, Law Firm Management Division, and Criminal Law Division. 3.  New England Chapter Event  

The MILS New England Chapter will kick off with an introductory event on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in Boston, Mass. It will be sponsored by Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo P.C. and the Mindfulness Center at Brown University.
