Three things to know for October
1.  The MILS Annual Meeting will be on Friday, October 5, 2018, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

The primary business will be the approval of new officers, and possibly new board members. All interested are invited to attend. Here is a Zoom link .

2.  MILS will begin National Virtual Sits in November .

Please help us find the best time and day for the most people by taking this  short survey of weekday sitting preferences.  There are only seven questions and it should take you no more than two minutes.

3.  MILS conducted a mindfulness training workshop in September for nearly 50 faculty and staff at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville School of Law.

We will also will present at a regional event of the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations in October. Please contact  info@mindfulnessinlawsociety.com  if you would like a speaker or event in your area.
