This October, we’re excited to announce a unique, two-day virtual program specifically for young adults living with MS.
Workshops, group discussions, and private coaching sessions will address common concerns including anxiety, depression, diet and exercise, relationships, employment, and planning for the future. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect and make lifelong friends through virtual yoga classes and daily happy hours!
