Women in Business Luncheon: Supporting Mental Health in High-Performance Environments

Join leading mental health professionals, Dr. Melissa Briggs-Phillips, PhD; Linda Jakes, LISW-S; and Andriel Ugbomeh, MSSA, LSW as they share research-backed insights and actionable strategies to create a workplace culture where women feel valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.

Topics will include:

Creating a psychologically safe workplace where employees can speak openly and seek support.
Implementing flexible work policies that promote balance and prevent burnout.
Designing mental health initiatives that go beyond check-the-box wellness programs.
Understanding the business case for prioritizing employee well-being.

Music & Arts Festival Volunteers

The 51st Annual Westerville Area Chamber Music & Arts Festival is just around the corner on July 12-13, and we’re looking for volunteers!

Whether you enjoy greeting guests, helping with logistics, assisting artists, or supporting our musicians, there’s a spot for everyone. Volunteering is a great way to give back, meet new people, and experience the festival!

The Great Ladybug Hunt, presented by The Hous Foundation, will take place throughout Central Ohio during June. The month-long activity is designed to raise awareness of the Foundation’s work to ensure all children have access to non-school activities.
