Spotlight on Support: InnerWell Program
Mental and emotional wellness are just as important as physical health—especially as we age. Older adults may face life changes, grief, isolation, or anxiety that can affect their overall well-being. That’s why Access Care Partners’ InnerWell Program is here to offer compassionate behavioral health support for adults age 60 and older.
InnerWell connects older adults with the support they need and clinicians who understand the unique challenges of aging.
What We Offer:
- Referrals for short-term counseling and emotional support
- One-on-one sessions with a behavioral health professional
-
Counseling services available at your home or by phone
- Help with managing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and adjustment to life changes
InnerWell is designed to meet older adults where they are—offering care that’s respectful, accessible, and rooted in dignity.
