Date: Thursday, December 10, 2020
Time: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Speaker: Kate Brady, City of Colorado Springs Senior Bicycle Planner
Topic: COS Complete Streets Manual

Due to the Colorado Safer-At-Home Order, the ASCE Southern Colorado (SoCo) Branch is going virtual! This Webinar is free for all! We would love to see you at this event.

Please join us for a virtual presentation from Kate Brady, Senior Bicycle Planner for the City of Colorado Springs, on the COS Complete Streets Guidelines on Thursday, December 10th from 12pm to 1pm. Complete Streets is a policy and design approach to consider all users in all phases of the development, construction and maintenance of roadways. The National Complete Streets Coalition was formed in 2005, and the City of Colorado Springs adopted Complete Streets in an ordinance late that same year. Hear about how the City’s approach to Complete Streets has evolved over the last 15 years, most recently through a process to further refine the definition locally and develop guidelines for implementation.
