About the Seminar:
Most of us have two gears: rush and crash. We go until we break. There is a third way: repose. Rest. Sabbath. In this seminar, pastor and author Mark Buchanan explores both the gift and the practice of Sabbath keeping, and how to incorporate meaningful and restorative rest into the busyness of life.

Mark is a pastor and the author of seven books (Your God is Too Safe, Things Unseen, The Holy Wild, The Rest of God, Hidden in Plain Sight and Spiritual Rhythm, and Your Church is Too Safe) as well as the forthcoming novel, David.
