About the Seminar:
Most of us have two gears: rush and crash. We go until we break. There is a third way: repose. Rest. Sabbath. In this seminar, pastor and author Mark Buchanan explores both the gift and the practice of Sabbath keeping, and how to incorporate meaningful and restorative rest into the busyness of life.
