Every year, Love Your Heart enables thousands of people to comprehend their blood pressure measurements and take proactive steps toward managing their heart health. ALL ARE WELCOME!

Take advantage of this final opportunity! You can take action now to secure your spot. Is your child struggling with executive function and self-regulation skills? In response to parents' requests, The Winston School is hosting an on-campus evening event on Thursday, February 22, 2024, from 5:00 - 6:00 PM, designed to provide practical tools to enhance these essential skills for your child.

Our team comprises experts in this field, including Assistant Head of School Kelsey Garrison and Admissions and Special Education Manager John Weber, who will share their invaluable insights.

Executive function and self-regulation skills are cognitive processes that enable individuals to plan, concentrate, remember instructions, and effectively manage multiple tasks. These skills are crucial for filtering distractions, setting priorities, achieving goals, and exercising impulse control.
