December 27, 2018
All is calm, all is bright.” These words from “Silent Night” were sung more than a few times over the course of the last few days. Now on this 27
of December, two days after Christmas, after the Candlelight Tour, after getting everything ready for Christmas at church and home, I hope and pray that all is calm and all is bright.
I give thanks for all of the energy and time you devoted to making this season special. For the hours of rehearsal and practice and setting and gathering moss and offering hospitality—thank you.
I pray that you enjoy these days with family and friends as we celebrate the light of the world that has come to us in Jesus.
