Dear Hollister High School Students, Staff, and Families: We are excited to invite you to a special WASC Welcome Reception on Sunday, April 27 at 4:30 p.m. in the Student Union on campus, as we officially welcome the WASC Visiting Committee to Hollister High School.
What is WASC?
WASC stands for the Western Association of Schools and Colleges—the organization that accredits public and private schools in California and ensures we are meeting the highest standards in academics, student support, and continuous improvement. The WASC Visiting Committee will be spending several days on our campus next week (April 27-30), meeting with students, staff, and families, and learning about what makes Hollister High such a special place.
Why This Event Matters:
The Sunday evening reception is a chance for our school community to come together and give the WASC team a warm Baler welcome. It’s a casual and positive way to help them get to know us and see the pride we take in our school.
