The online services have certainly been
Some Good News
.
I've heard from former parishioners who've moved out of town. They are watching our services online. As one former parishioner said to me last week, "It's good to be back at CSMSG!"
Be sure to join us for coffee hour this Sunday at 11 AM. You should receive a zoom link in your email on Saturday. If not email me at
Laurie@csmsg.org.
In addition, volunteers have risen to the occasion to connect with fellow parishioners.
I encourage all of you to continue (or begin) to contact those parishioners you miss seeing in church. Call your pew buddies, a favorite usher, greeter or reader. Ask them how they are doing. Because yes, we are all going through a trying time, but we are #BetterTogetherCSMSG!
Now last but not least, here's a video of one of our own raising money in a very fun way.
Watch as parishioner Reggie Van Derson leads a Pink Ribbon Girls STL
fundraising dance to provide healthy meals and rides to treatment for those battling breast or gynecological cancer during the pandemic.
If you missed the show on the corner of Brentwood and Forsyth, you can watch it here. Be sure to turn on the speaker and turn-up the volume! Reggie is STAYIN ALIVE!
