The 2023 AIA Oregon Board of Directors is pleased to call for applications to the 2024 Board class. Participation on the AIA Board of Directors has no prerequisites. The current Board positions that will be open are:


  • Board Secretary
  • AIA Salem Director-Elect
  • AIA Southern Oregon Director-Elect


If you are an AIA Oregon Member, Associate Member, International Associate Member - or a member of NOMA PDX - then you are eligible for application.

AIA Helps Spearhead the Search for the Next Architect of the Capitol


The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) search process is now officially underway, and AIA is working to support a licensed architect as the next candidate for the AOC position.


AIA representatives are working closely with key congressional offices and the executive search firm hired by Congress to manage the recruitment for this position. AIA is also promoting the opportunity to AIA Members to directly express their interest in the position.
