Tickets for the 2022 City of Palms Classic Are Now Available

This year there are a few changes in our ticketing process that will enhance our fan experience.

First, ALL seats will be reserved. There will not be any General Admission offered. What this means is that everyone will purchase a specific seat location. As a courtesy to all fans, please sit in your assigned seat.

Second, we have added another level of ticketing (Level III). This “Economy Ticket Package” will offer a lower cost option for both 6-Day and Single Day Tickets with great seating.

Third, Reserved Ticket: LEVEL IV (formerly General Admission), Single Day Tickets are available in Sections 101, 102, 103, 111, and 113 (the bleacher seats). Q&A SESSION WITH ATOMIC KICKS

Andrew Torres / Founder + CEO / Atomic Kicks
Matt Spinelli / Founder + CEO / Trendsetters Barbershop

My company focuses on the acquisition and resale of limited and highly sought-after sneakers, apparel, and accessories. My job encompasses sourcing the sneakers, and apparel as well as networking to build clientele and gain exposure for the brand.
How long have you been with your organization?

  • I have been with the organization since its inception which has been about 8-9 years since I conceptualized the brand in college.

  •  My partnership with Matt and The Trendsetters Brand has been a long-standing partnership but our location in Cape Coral officially opened in February of this year.

What was the experience or motivating factor that lead you to where you are professionally?

  • I’ve always had a love and passion for sneakers but the experience that led to where I’m at professionally would probably have to be my first official job at Finishline. Seeing all of the people lined up overnight into an early Saturday morning to have a chance to get one of their favorite sneakers stood out to me.

  • As far as a motivating factor, that would have to be the opportunity to build something of my own from the ground up while also having the freedom to still travel, explore, and enjoy life.

Why did you connect with the City of Palms Classic Basketball Tournament?

  • I instantly connected with the city of palms basketball tournament because I’ve played basketball the majority of my life and I also grew up watching this tournament during the holidays every year.
What do you do in your spare time? Provide a fun fact about yourself.

  • In my spare time, I try to focus on continuing to self-educate myself as an entrepreneur as well as making time for my health by working out.

  • A fun fact about myself would be I’ve traveled to every major city in the US as well as Germany and London for sneaker business!

Where is your happy place in Southwest Florida?

  • Honestly, my happy place is at the shop (Trendsetters Barbershop). Pretty much every day I get to hang out and have fun with my friends. Definitely a blessing, and I’m extremely grateful that it’s all come together so well.

Who has influenced you most when it comes to how you approach life?

  • My biggest influence in life would have to be my mom. To see all the hard work and multiple jobs growing up really inspired me to work hard and stay motivated. No matter the obstacles or circumstances, hard work and consistency will work everything out.
