We appreciate your attention and diligence in completing the tiered reimbursement reporting forms in the past. Data collected has provided the Department of Education with valuable information on how important these funds are to program success.
The annual report and Tiered Reimbursement Agreement Form are included below:
They are due back to the Office of Early Learning (OEL) on or before June 15, 2022. Please email your completed forms back to the DIEEC ([email protected]), as they are collecting them for the Office of Early Learning. We appreciate your time and attention to this important request.
