Rabbi Shmuel Wolkenfeld |
This Sunday, Rabbi Shmuel Wolkenfeld who leads the OR HAOLAM Messianic Congregation of Overland Park, Kansas will be our guest speaker
in both The 9 & The 11 AM services. I am very jazzed out of my mind to introduce him to all of you. I have asked him challenge us as to how we can be a blessing to Jewish people. Make sure you are there.
Next Sunday, October 30, will be what we call
Faith Promise Sunday. But our missions pledge card for the year will be in your Info Guide this week. As I stated on Sunday, this year, everyone who pledges will receive a free gift (while supplies last).
On Sunday, October 30th Dallas Elder will be our Missions Speaker.
Dallas is the Director of Grace Covenant International, a non-denominational ministry network serving to encourage and equip church leaders, establish mission works, and initiate compassion projects worldwide. His work areas include: apostolic shepherding, leadership training and coaching, and foreign missions development. He currently oversees mission works in nine nations.

Dallas also directs the Ministry Skills Institute providing training in practical ministry skills. His equipping ministry spans the United States, Nigeria, Liberia, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Peru and Paraguay. He
served as the founding pastor of Grace Evangelical Church in St. Joseph, MO where he pastored 13 years prior to his current position. He and his wife, Connie, reside in Platte City, MO and have co-labored in full-time ministry for over 32 years. Dallas is no stranger to us, he has taught a couple of classes and worships with us when he is in town when he has no other speaking engagements. He will relate to us how God is using him in missions as well as challenge us in our missions outreach for 2017.
On another note, we will serve free donuts and give away free samples of "The Jerusalem Project" Missions Coffee in the cafe before and after services (while supplies last). You WANT to be there! Trust me!

 The golfing men of TFC will
be meeting at Hodge Park Golf Course to play a round of golf. You can signup by emailing Pastor Dave.
Cost is $30 per golfer.

He is one the best speakers on marriage so you don't want to miss this. This event is free...including dinner! They will be taking up a love offering at the end of the evening to help cover expenses. Student Ministries at TFC
We are in a season of change!
Thee is all kinds of changes happening in the Youth Group. If you have a youth not plugged in we would love for them to join us on Wednesday Nights @ 7 PM.

CERT Training
Community Emergency Response Team
CERT educates individuals about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area and trains them in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.
Training will happen in the Youth Room on the following dates and times.
