Tigran Palyan, a founding partner of Storm Palyan LLP and a Certified Family Law Specialist, brings something truly special to the practice of family law and his clients, combining valuable perspectives from his experience at the top family law firms of Los Angeles, the judiciary, and his active involvement in the legal community. Mr. Palyan has been recognized as one of twenty Daily Journal’s Top Family Law Attorneys in California in its February 2022 issue, and Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for 2014 – 2022. Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Palyan served as a research attorney/judicial law clerk for the Los Angeles Superior Court, starting out in unlimited civil departments, then writs and receiverships, and finally, family law departments. He is one of the youngest attorneys ever to be appointed as a member of the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Family Law Section. Mr. Palyan also teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Southwestern Law School, having taught there since 2013. Mr. Palyan also serves on the Board of Governors of the Armenian Bar Association, and is actively involved in a number of pro bono projects in the community.
Anthony Storm ,a founding partner of Storm Palyan LLP and Certified Family Law Specialist, is known for his expertise overseeing electronic security issues related to divorces for public figures. Mr. Storm entered the family law arena following his tenure as a clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, where he litigated criminal matters for the Federal Government. Recognized for outstanding service, he received an award from both the U.S. Attorney and from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Storm began practicing family law as an extern for Judge Amy Pellman. Thereafter, he was an appointed member of the Family Law Section of the California Lawyer’s Association, Chaired the Los Angeles Regional Standing Committee for the State Bar Family Law Executive Committee, and was counsel for several family law appeals. Mr. Storm is now on the executive committee of the Board of Governors for the Beverly Hills Bar Association, sits on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law Association, is a delegate to Collaborative Practice of California, was both the past-chair and vice-chair of the family law section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association and serves on their amicus committee. Mr. Storm has received recognition from the Los Angeles Superior Court for his pro bono work. Mr. Storm is also a trained mediator and arbitrator.
