Horticulture
"Planting Intentions" Participants will be creating a succulent dish garden and doing an exercise on intention s with Marsha Gayle. Marsha is recognized as a Registered Horticultural Therapist by the American Horticultural Therapy Association. Marsha’s mental health practitioner experience comes from running a program at Belmont Hospital for 5 years.

Events for members in their 20s 30s and 40s
Tikvah Connect is off to a strong start with two stellar events this past month! First, we went to the Insomnia Cookie Lab and decorated our own cookies. Then, on July 24th, we spent the sunny day playing with therapy dogs. Thank you to everyone who came out to both events. We have met so many wonderful new people and are so excited to continue planning events for those in their 20s through 40s!!!
