HIGHLIGHT FROM FEBRUARY

On February 9, Author Peter Wiesner discussed his book Bipolar Refugee, A Saga of Survival and Resilience. He lovingly told the story of his mother's life - surviving the Holocaust and living with bipolar disorder. Cosponsored by the Holocaust Awareness Museum and Education Center and the Meyers Library of Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel.

Join us in a fun and inclusive space where people of all abilities and ages can come together to create, listen, explore, and grow through music! Participants will enjoy singing, songwriting, sharing music, playing instruments, moving to music, and improvising—all while fostering connection and creativity.

Mental Health First Aid

Sunday, March 30 | 9:30 am - 4:30 pm


Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. Course requires registration and online pre-work to be completed prior to the course. Pre-work takes about 2 hours.
