SLA 2020 Video Project Now Available

To help celebrate Culture Days and Saskatchewan Library Week, SLA has commissioned eight writers and artists to create short workshops, readings and presentations on a variety of topics.
The videos are now available on the SLA website and on YouTube. They include:
Libraries will be able to share the videos with their patrons in their physical space if they are open, or through their website and social media pages.

Book Spine Poetry Contest

The Book Spine Poetry Contest began on September 14 and will run through November 1. Prizes will be awarded in four categories:
  • Children (5-8)
  • Children (9-11)
  • Teen (12-18)
  • Adult (19 and older)
Winners in each category will receive a $100 Chapters gift card. Contest instructions are available in English and in French.
