New in 2023!

In direct response to your feedback from the associate engagement survey, we’re excited to announce several enhancements to our medical plan offerings.

  • You have a new medical plan option.
  • We’ve added a PPO plan with lower deductibles ($1,500 single/$3,000 family) at a competitive premium cost.
  • We’ve consolidated the two previous high-deductible plans into one high-deductible plan option ($4,000 single/$8,000 family); however, we maintained the generous employer contribution to your Health Savings Account ($1,000 single/$2,000 family). REMINDER: You will only be eligible for an HSA account/employer HSA contributions if you choose to enroll in the high-deductible plan option.
  • We have increased the Neighborly cost-sharing (employer-paid %) of your medical premiums to make plans more affordable.
  • We have consolidated coverages to two carriers: BCBS (Medical) and MetLife (Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life, Supplemental Life, AD&D, Critical Illness, and Critical Accident).
  • Domestic partners are now eligible for coverage (the spousal exclusion applies to domestic partners with adequate coverage available).

A 2023 Benefit Plan brochure highlighting plan changes and rates for 2023 has been mailed to your home address. No in-person/live group presentations will be held.

Access resources at www.MyNeighborlyBenefits.com:

Once you have reviewed the 2023 benefit plan information, log in to your Paylocity account and access the Bswift Benefits portal to enroll.

Important: A Benefit Confirmation Statement will auto-generate upon completion of your benefit enrollment. We encourage you to save this confirmation statement for your records. If a confirmation statement is not generated, your enrollment is incomplete, and your elections will not be processed.

Please email [email protected] if you have questions or need to set up a one-on-one meeting to discuss benefit plan options in more detail.

Things to consider when completing your enrollment

Your answers to question prompts will determine coverage eligibility and rates shown in Paylocity. The enrollment system is intuitive, and certain elections will modify others depending on which plans you choose.

  • If you answer “No” to the Spousal Eligibility question, you will not have the option to add your spouse to your medical plan.
  • If you answer “No” to the Health Savings Account Eligibility question, you will not have the option to participate in the Health Savings Account.
  • If you indicate that you are a “Tobacco User,” the bi-weekly rates shown will reflect the $40 monthly premium increase.
  • When choosing the Health Savings Account (only available if you choose the high-deductible health plan), the system will automatically consider the company contribution when allowing you to make your own additional election dollars. For example: If you enroll in the high-deductible health plan and the company contributes $2,000 on your behalf, the annual IRS limit for a family is $7,750; therefore, the system will allow you to elect up to $5,750 of your own dollars.
  • If you are 55 or older, you can contribute an additional $1,000 “catch-up” contribution to the Health Savings Account. The system will automatically add this to your available contribution limit.
