BOI UPDATE: Corporate Transparency Act Ruling

Last Friday, a federal court decided that the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) doesn’t pass the constitutional test. This means the new rules about sharing who owns and controls businesses (BOI reporting for you) could be on pause for now.

We’re on top of this and will keep you posted with any new info that comes our way, especially on what it means for you and your business.

Through our client portal, Kristina Helferty, CPA, offers each client convenience and invaluable security.

To create a username and password, visit our website. Click on the client portal, and create a username and password.

To keep client information safe, we also ask for a third verification method (just your cell phone number). An access code will then be sent straight to you. After that's done, you're in!

Our client portal has plenty of features such as accompanying tours that summarize all of its capabilities; once you start filling out forms or uploading documents, notifications are immediately sent right to us! Everything is fast, easy, and secure when using our client portal.

Mar. 15: Deadline for Business Tax Returns (S Corp & Partnerships)
Mar. 20: Monthly Sales Tax Due
Apr. 1: Deadline for Tangible Personal Property Tax Returns
April 15: 2023 Tax Deadline
April 15: 2024 1st Quarter Estimated Payment

To check on your refund status, you will need your social security number, the tax year of interest (2023), your filing status (Married Filing Separately, Married Filing Jointly, Single, or Head of Household), and the exact refund amount. Please note refund status information is updated once per day.
