Farm to Fork Microgrants
Open through Feb. 23
Visit Ithaca is offering Microgrants of up to $2000 to farm, agriculinary businesses, and restaurants looking to start new agriculinary enterprises or to market or expand existing enterprises. The purpose of the matching grant is to help kick-start new farm ventures or expand existing ventures, with a focus on initiating or expanding visitor-ready tourism opportunities in Tompkins County.

Toni Morrison Celebration
Wednesday, Feb. 18 | 3-6pm
On Wednesday, February 18, the Toni Morrison Collective will host an unveiling ceremony of a historical marker at the house, where Toni Morrison lived, during the 1953-54 year. The event, marking Morrison’s 95th birthday, will begin at 3:00 pm with the unveiling at 3:30 pm at the house site, 513 N. Albany Street, Ithaca. There will be a birthday celebration at the GIAC recreation center from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
