Are you prioritizing YOU?
We know the importance of putting yourself first. We also know that burnout among women, especially mothers, is at an all-time high. Yet, it is especially hard for me to do, as my personal and professional “to do” lists seem to be never-ending. I am trying to set, and more importantly, maintain boundaries to give myself the space I need to rest over these slower summer months. I encourage you all to challenge yourself to prioritize your own development. Check out our upcoming events and explore our recent content to help you get started!
