Still haven't submitted your
2021 Benchmarking Report?
If you still need to submit this year's benchmarking report, send it by November 1st in order to avoid an additional penalty. This deadline applies to all buildings on the 2021 NYC Benchmarking Covered Buildings List.

If you received a request to resubmit your benchmarking report from the utilities in May and haven't done so, please do by November 1st.
EER Reports Due December 31st
Per Local Law 87 of 2009, Energy Efficiency Reports (EERs) for properties with block numbers ending in the number 1 must be submitted to the Department of Buildings by December 31st 2021. See the 2021 LL87 Covered Buildings List.
