Good morning,

Thank you for your interest in sending your child to the Medfield Afterschool Program. MAP is an established nonprofit, parent-based cooperative that provides quality care & enrichment to children in Jump Start through Sixth Grade. 

MAP will begin accepting new registrations starting today, Thursday, March 2 through Monday March 20, 2023.

Please click on the link below to complete & submit your Registration Form.

Important Second Step: After submitting the registration form, please MAIL MAP a $50.00 registration fee ($30.00 for each additional child) to:

MAP P.O. Box 18 Medfield, MA 02052.

Your registration will not be complete until MAP has received both

your registration form & the registration fee.

Registration deadline: Monday, March 20, 2023

If MAP receives more registration than spaces available, MAP will conduct a lottery. MAP does its very best to accommodate families' requested schedules. If you have any flexibility with your requested schedule, please be sure indicate that on the registration form.

All families will be notified via email in mid to late April of one of the following: 

• confirmation of their requested schedule
• confirmation of some of their requested schedule & wait listed for some days
• wait listed for their requested schedule

Confirmed families will be required to send MAP a refundable two-week tuition deposit based on their MAP schedule. Failure to send in the tuition deposit by the deadline will result in being removed from our enrollment.
