Important Second Step for Families NEW TO MAP: After completing and submitting your registration form, please MAIL MAP a $50.00 registration fee ($30.00 for each additional child) to: MAP P.O. Box 18 Medfield, MA 02052. *Your registration will not be complete until MAP has received BOTH your registration form and fee by the registration deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025.
*CURRENT MAP families: Registration fees will be billed on your 3/14/25 Tuition Statement (including newly registered siblings). Registration deadline: Friday, March 7, 2025
If new registration exceeds available space, MAP will conduct a lottery. MAP does its very best to accommodate families' requested schedules. If you have any flexibility with your requested schedule, please be sure indicate that on the registration form.
All families will be notified via email in April of one of the following:
- confirmation of their requested schedule
- confirmation of some of their requested schedule & wait listed for some days
- wait listed for their requested schedule
Confirmed families are required to send MAP a refundable two-week tuition deposit based on their MAP schedule. Failure to send the tuition deposit by the deadline will result in being removed from our enrollment.
