Right now, the 24 month fixed rate at $0.92/therm is your best bet with True. They also offer 18, 12 and 6 month options.

Customer Service Fee?

True's monthly customer service fee is $5.95 per month AND it can only drop from there with True Rewards, a loyalty program that provides a fee reduction over time.

Surely, there is a deposit.

Nope. You are in excellent standing with Sawnee and we are glad to waive the deposit (a $150 value).

Keep this in mind.

Requesting a switch to True before 10/19/2022 will allow you to have an effective date of 11/1/2022. Always check with your current marketer to make sure you do not incur a broken contract fee.*

Why are gas rates so high?

They are higher than in the past across the board and True's President & CEO addresses it in this letter. Rest assured, as the wholesale natural gas market settles down, so will rates.
