Your Ballot is Arriving THIS WEEK!

OC Registrar of Voters Neal Kelley’s
COVID-19 Message
It's here! October 2020, the month we have been waiting for since November 2016. When you receive your ballot this week, you have the chance to:
  • Say NO MORE to Trump
  • Re-elect our wonderful Congresswoman Katie Porter
  • Elect Dave Min and Melissa Fox for California State seats
  • Elect progressive local candidates for Tustin City Council and Tustin Unified School Board

No one thought that October 2020 would see us battling a worldwide pandemic. But know that it is SAFE TO VOTE. Make a plan - if you are strictly quarantining - mail your ballot or drop it in a drop box. If you want to vote in person, watch the video below to see how the OC Registrar of voters is making it safe for you to do so.

We have been working SO HARD for the last 4 years - YOUR VOTE MATTERS so make it count!

TIME TO VOTE!
You can safely cast your ballot 3 different ways!
YOU HAVE MORE CHOICES.
MORE OPTIONS.
Once you receive your ballot, you have 3 ways to vote, so MAKE A PLAN! It's more important than ever to vote early so read about your options below.
  • Mail it back - NO Postage Required!
  • Drive By a Ballot Drop Box
  • Drop in to a Vote Center - Opening October 24 and October 30
MAIL YOUR BALLOT
In Orange County it's completely safe to mail your ballot. To be sure your ballot is counted before Election Day, please make sure to mail by October 20.

Tracking your vote-by-mail ballot—when it is mailed, received, and counted—has never been easier. The California Secretary of State is now offering Where’s My Ballot?—a new way for voters to track and receive notifications on the status of their vote-by-mail ballot. Powered by BallotTrax, Where’s My Ballot? lets voters know where their ballot is, and its status, every step of the way.

Sign-up at WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov to receive automatic email, SMS (text), or voice call notifications about your ballot.
BALLOT DROP BOXES - Opening October 5
Ballot drop boxes are a great way to deliver your ballot safely without having to stop into a Vote Center. Drive by or Walk up 24 Hours a Day/7 Days a Week - the choice is yours!

You can also track ballots dropped in a drop box with Where’s My Ballot? Sign-up at WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov to receive automatic email, SMS (text), or voice call notifications about your ballot.
VOTE CENTERS: Opening October 30!
Instead of your old polling place, you can now vote at any of nearly 200 vote centers, any day from October 30-November 3.

Think of a Vote Center as your one-stop location for all things voting. Unlike traditional in-person options for voting, Vote Centers allow you to not only vote, but to solve voter registration issues, register to vote, get a replacement ballot, and get general assistance for 11 days, not just one. Plus, electronic check-in is more secure and speeds up the process – saving you valuable time.
