Harmonizing with the Winter Season
and Water Element

December 17, 2023 - January 13, 2024

No experience is necessary to participate
Gather your energy.
It is the season of winter,
a special time to focus on staying
healthy and restoring well-being.
In Chinese philosophy, yang and yin qi, aspects of ourselves,
are symbolized as twin children working a water wheel
together and building up our reserves.
They are filled with qi, life, and joyful energy.

In this tuning, we will practice a few gentle qigong exercises that can help us build reserves of qi, which we can store in our kidneys and, eventually, our bones.
For 10 to 21 minutes per day, let's tune in
to our inner nature together.
