Please join us for our next sub-regional lunch!
Thursday, March 26, 11:30 am to 3 pm
at Unity Way Church in Vista
Love offerings to Unity Way Church for providing lunch are welcomed.

Besides sharing and connecting over lunch, Rev. Blair Tabor, the Foundation's Administrative Director, will present an overview of the ramifications for churches of the new AB 5 law.

"I attended a one-day presentation from a HR specialist and a non-profit attorney. The new law dramatically effects the way we treat independent contractors and employees," Rev. Blair explains.

Plan to join us for fellowship and important information.

To RSVP or for questions, please email info@UnityAlhambra.org or call Rev. Blair at 619-251-0411.

Youth and Family Ministry Update
Hello Ministers and Leaders of the Southwest Unity Region,

I am always excited to share about our youth program with all of you!! We have had a wonderful start to the year with our Uniteen Winter Retreat. Our theme was “ Expressing My Truth,” and we had a great time learning the difference between perception, opinion and Truth, writing affirmations to support us on our journey, exploring how we manifest what we focus on, and expressing our truth during our Spirit Sharing talent show. The teens connected on a deep level and really seemed to have a great time.
Our next event is our YOU Official Rally. We are blessed to have the event hosted by Unity of Phoenix.

We will come together April 24-26th to celebrate our graduating seniors, elect our next regional officer team, and grow and learn together as we explore the theme, “ The YOU Handbook: Regroup, Rewire, Remember.

I can’t wait to get our YOU together for this fun and joy-filled weekend.
Unity Summer Camp is coming up soon as well!! Summer Camp is a wonderful opportunity for connection, growth, and sharing of Unity teachings. Our teens and children love attending camps and look forward to it each year. Due to the cost of camp, some children and teens are in need of some support.
Last year, I was humbled by how many of you supported our children and teens as Camp Angels. Our Camp Angels were from all over the Southwest Region. We received donations from churches with large youth programs, churches who did not have any youth, and individuals who felt called to support our youth. Thank you all so much for your generosity. It is a blessing to be part of this beautiful community in the Southwest Region of Unity.

The cost of a week of camp this year is $495.00, this includes housing and meals at the camp, supplies, and t-shirts. It is always our intention to support as many campers as possible in attending the event. Any Camp Angel donations will help us to provide scholarships for children, teens, and adults who would like to share in the summer camp experience.

Each Donor will be recognized during the week and will be included on a “Thank you Camp Angels” poster on display.
