Stahl Sheaffer Engineering, LLC (Stahl Sheaffer), is pleased to announce the addition of experienced Professional Land Surveyor, Timothy Kinder. Mr. Kinder brings 24 years of experience in boundary and topographical surveying to Stahl Sheaffer. Mr. Kinder's experience also includes subdivision and land development planning, oil and gas upstream and midstream development planning, construction stakeout, and expert witness testimony. Mr. Kinder is a certified Floodplain Manager and Professional Land Surveyor in West Virginia, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Mr. Kinder's knowledge of the region and markets will allow Stahl Sheaffer to continue to expand operations in West Virginia. In addition to business development, he will serve as a Project Manager based in Stahl Sheaffer's Morgantown, West Virginia office, responsible for performing reviews of all survey projects, directing staff surveyors and technicians, and managing client communication and project progress for various private and public clients.
