Worry can be paralyzing, but it doesn't have to be. Take action where it matters. Whether it's tackling a “to-do” list item, practicing the mantra “not my monkeys, not my circus,” (one of my favorites!) or carving out time for exercise, meditation, or a good hobby, these small steps can help you take back control. When in doubt, breathe deeply and prioritize.
