Here are a few necessary tips to successfully attend our first-ever 2020 AALAS Virtual National Meeting! We want to ensure you are equipped and empowered to make the most of this virtual event. Your meeting login will be configured to match the login used for the AALAS website and ACE. If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it, please do so here.
- The meeting site is located at a unique URL that will be shared soon.
- Attendees will receive via email a daily digest of announcements and news. Be on the lookout for these communications.
- The Opening General Session will be held Sunday, October 25 from 5-6:30 PM ET.
- Access to the meeting's education sessions and the exhibit hall will begin Monday, October 26 by 8 AM CT.

Note: Any registrations received after October 5, 2020 will be screened and approved access to the event as quickly as possible. Please note, access may be provided after Sunday, October 25, 2020.
This is a unique opportunity for the AALAS community to experience the National Meeting. On the virtual platform, educational sessions will be pre-recorded and offered on-demand. Exhibitors will have virtual spaces to share their products, solutions, and resources. Be sure to visit their spaces and learn from the best!
The American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (“AALAS”) does not discriminate against individuals or groups regarding AALAS membership and/ or AALAS event attendance. However, AALAS reserves the right to deny registration to individuals or revoke a registration and remove and/or exclude that individual from the AALAS National Meeting or any reason, including, but not limited to an individual’s or group’s previous history of affiliation with organizations that make or have made a practice of opposing the beliefs, mission, and/or affiliation(s) of AALAS and/or has a prior history of negative interaction with AALAS.
