Greetings!

I always pay attention to the flowers each Spring, but this year I've been using them as a perfect backdrop for the affirmations in my new book Say It To Make It: Affirmations to Empower Your Heart, Mind, Spirit and Soul (In case you missed it, click here for the announcement and here is a flower-powered video posted on IG, more to come so follow me there :).

It's been both fun and healing to walk around and see them as a canvas, or perhaps frame, and continue to extend the creativity I've already put into the book itself. I always admire and thank the flowers for their "service," and feel gratitude for such beautiful gifts from the Universe that delight our senses and remind us of the good in the world, and ourselves, and what can bloom in us each year. What is blossoming within you in 2022?

For me, now that my new baby is out in the world, I am working with the issues that promotion brings up for me (hmmm I smell a PGG about it at some point....!) and hope to blossom a little more there. Until then, I'll let others share their thoughts about it: Watch this video where one of my readers (and longtime clients) talks about how she works with and understands Say It To Make It (SITMI), noting that it "may be small, but it's mighty."

Right now I'm just allowing the book to grow organically and attract the audience who seeks it, but will continue to remind you of its presence as a good mama should. (And feel free to contact me with any ideas, suggestions or connections!)

You can learn more by visiting the book's website here, and check out the reviews and purchase on Amazon here). Thanks to everyone who bought a copy so far; if you have one please consider writing a review and posting about it on social media with the hashtag #sayittomakeit.

Today's PGG Video of the Week talks about the personal growth process. This week's Instagram post features one of the affirmations about evolving with tulips, and for today's PGG Vibe of the Week, enjoy the soothing vibe of Amos Lee's Flower.

Lastly, THANK YOU for being here and for being part of my community! If any of my essays, coaching, talks, videos or posts have helped you along your career/life journey, here are a few ways you can show your appreciation and support my work:

And as always, please feel free to contact me with any comments about anything.
