From the President
The City of Lewisville just announced that Mary Kay Inc. will build their new Global Manufacturing and Research & Development Operations facility in Lewisville with a projected construction start targeted for July 2016 and an opening date in the first quarter of 2018. With an investment of over $100 million for the facility and over six hundred jobs, this will be one of the premier employers in the area.

This is great news not only for the City of Lewisville, but for the entire market. Don't be surprised if another major project is announced in the Lewisville area soon as I know that many businesses are seeking the business amenities that our area provides.  Stay tuned, and as always, thank you for your investment in the leading business advocacy organization in the area.
